Great job, Jason – and I like the feed drop down menu :-)

This seems overwhelmingly directed at the USA and its culture and methods of doing things – everybody is a CEO or VP or whatever and the impression I get is that the rest of the world doesn’t seem to exist. Whilst recognising that the “market” may be there geographically everything points to the North American model of business and media.
I understand the internet as a global tool which enables individuals and groups wherever they may be to have a voice – one which doesn’t have to conform to the traditional structures and best practices of the established media players – where the person on a soapbox with a megaphone can find an audience.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your comment. It’s very much appreciated. My goal with this all along is to NOT make this U.S.-centric. I don’t think that will work at all. I think, organically, this grew out of a conversation from a few people based in the U.S., but I do not want it to stay that way. That’s why I was thrilled to see people like Dean Whitbread get involved from the get-go. There are opinions and ideas that will come from the EU, UK, A-PAC that will be vital to this globally.
What I can say is I encourage you to join the ADM and join a committee that will affect your region. I don’t mean to throw it right back on you specifically, but I do encourage all non-U.S. folks to join and get involved. The membership and office seats are open to everyone — no restrictions.
Best

Hi to all from germany,
and just to say hello from oversees and to give a sign, that we’re looking forward to exchange ideas, experience and build this movement to a media relevant momentum ;-)
I’m currently running a big campaign in german podcasts. And the problems with that make it more than obvious that we have to set kind of standards for metrics, reach and the quality of contact we’re able to deliver compared to old media.
Regards from Munich, and made my choices for the board already ;-)
